Find Your Lost Android Phone with “Google Search”

Google has introduced a new way to find your lost Android phone. Google has supported its Android App ‘Google’ with the new service called “find my phone”. To find your lost phone, just open Google on the web browser and search ‘find my phone’.

To use this service, you need to log in to the Google account on your desktop with the same account that you have logged in on lost Android phone.

Here's how it works:

• The first thing you need to have is a latest version of the Google app on your Android phone. Now, you must have logged in to the Google account on desktop browser with the same account that you have logged in on your Android phone.
• Secondly, search for phrase “find my phone” on Google. The result will display Google Map and a drop down list of all your Android devices logged in with same Google account. Choose the device you want to find and the map will show the location of it.

This service also let you ring your phone to make it easy to locate it. It not only works for Android Phones but also for Android Tablets. The service is only available for Android devices, the iPhones or iPads with the Google app installed will not be able to find using this.

It is not the only option that Google has provided to track the lost android device. Google has already developed the app “Android Device Manager”. Using this, you can locate your phone as well as remotely reset lock screen or wipe all data from the device.
